Prosecco Brut Doc, Bisol, Italy. Portuguese Brut Prosecco, Sparkling Wine, Brilliant straw yellow color; perlage extreamly fine and lively. intense and fresh nose of citrus fruits and saline senstations. Fruit-forward, refreshing sip. Pairs well with fish, lamb, legumes, seafood , shellfish, and venison

Vinho Verde, Alvarinho Old Vines, Portugal. Portugues table wine from Alvarinho region. Pale color, aromas of citrus, white flower, canned peaches and pineapple. On the palate green apple, grass vegetal notes with salt and stone. Pairs well with shellfish, vegetarian dishes, apps and snacks.

Vinho Verde, Joao Portugal Ramos. A Portuguese table wine who's major grape is used in wines in northern Portugal. Bright, aromas of peach, ripe citrus and white blossom. Some notes of grapefruit, lime, lime blossom, bay leaves and salt. Pairs well with Salt Cod, fish soups, classic Portuguese Fare.

Pinot Grigio, Delle Venezie, Italy. Dry Italian white wine natrually low in acidity. Flavors and aromas of stone fruit, citrus, honeysuckle, pear and almond. Alsatian styles are refreshing expressice aromatic (think rose and honey), smooth, full-bodied, and richley textured and somtimes relatively higher in alcohol compared to their Italian counterpart. Pairs well with seafood and subtle chicken dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zeland. Pale green in the glass and is from the Marlborough region in New Zeland. Aromas of citrus fruits and passion fruit. Flavors of ripe tropical fruits and zesty acidity an underlying minerality and just a hint of residual sweetness. Juicy crisp and fresh this wine leads to a long and dry persitent finish. Pairs well with most salads, vegetarian dishes, especially those including peppers, eggplant, zucchini, asparagus or leeks. Also seafood and poultry.

Chardonnay, Gerard Bertrand, France. A beautiful yellow color with light golden reflections. Aromas of citrus and exotic fruits, white flowers with hints of candy, pear and pineapple. The opulant and tasty palate combines liveliness with purity thanks to a dominating minerality. Pairs well with Shellfish and fish.

Orange Wine Blend, Gerard Bertrand, France A blendy of Chardonnay, Chenin, Viognier, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, & Muscat grapes. Creates the color, taste, and aromas of white flowers, candied fruit, and white pepper. Tast has a subtle acidity with a sweetnes and freshness. Pairs well with spicy food, Indian and Asian spices

Red Blend Tras-os-Montes, Portugal. Table wine from Northern Portugal. Nose is herbal black tea, thyme, red pepper, dried fig and blackberry. Flavors are a juicy fig jam, plum a bit meaty and balsamic. Pairs well with Beef, Lamb, and Poultry

Pinot Noir, Estate Sta Rita Hills, Califorina. A broad mix of clones, mostly Dijon, It is treated to a French oak for 11 months, only eight percent new. Neutral barrel aging allosw the spiciness of the fruit to shine through The wine's body is clear raspberry color with a flame pink rim. Redolent of ripe strawberries accented with lavender and orange peel. Firm acidity on the mid-palate and a suprising tannic structure provide a framework for spicy berry fruits. The finish is clean and almost saline. Pairs well with grilled steak, roast chicken, most cheeses, salmon, mushroom, duck, bbq, chicken, ribs and light spiced curries.

Red Blend, Regional Lisboa, Portugal. Grapes are Touriga, Castelao & Syrah Tinto. Cranberry Boquet with hints of cherry and pomegranate. Some taste notes of minerals, olives, and bay leaves. More juicy and fruit forward. Pairs well with beef, bacon, pork, steak, red meats, vanilla, potatoes, and chocolate.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa, California. Produced from small lots from around California, this wine offers notes of dried rose petals, potpourri, and plums. These flavors give way to watermelon and round out to hot-tamale candy and a dry finish. Pairs well with braised meats.

Organic Medium Red Blend, Misguided Wines, Italy. From Southern Italy, Made with organic red grapes, bold, rich, fiery, notes of dark fruits and spices. Pairs well with Beef, Lamb, Pasta, Chocolate, Sweets, Pork, Charcuterie.

Ungrafted Red, Ghostrunner, Napa CA. Red wine blend made from Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, and Syrah grapes. The wine is rich and aromatic with notes of mixed berry and spice. Its handcrafted wine thats sourced from vineyards in the central valley and has a rich dark color and a complex fruit flavor. It has a gentle well balaned finish. ITs found to be on the dries side of red blends and has some mushroom undertones. Pairs well with beef, lamb, poultry, venison, and mushrooms

Madiera, Blandy's Madeira Portugal | A Portuguese fortified wine that is sweet. Clean nutty aromas, very agreeable light complexity. Medium dry in flavour, nutty and slightly complex, with a good clean finish. Brilliant wine, a good quality yound Maderia in evolution. Pairs well with Foie Gras, Creme Brulee, Brownies, Dark Chocolate and Almond Desserts

White Port Burmester, PortoPortugal | Lively citrine color with greenish reflexes. Rich and complex nose, dominated by floral aromas and an intense expression of fruit. Smooth and silky in taste, reveals a great freshness, good balance and sophisicated elegance. A delicious apertif served fresh, simple with toasted almons and dried fruits. Pairs well with a salad of fresh figs smoked ham, grilled sole, almonds, tropical fruits like mango and papaya.

Ruby Port, Burmester, Porto Portugal. Deep ruby-red color. Vigorous and elegant nose, marked by aromatic jovility. The fruity bouquet, fresh and original, reveals an exceptional experience, extended in the vigourous taste, great exuberence and persistence. Pairs well with desserts, cheeses, strawberry, yogurt mousse, red fruits, camembert cheese, raspberry, rosemary.

Tawny Port, Burmester, Porto Portugal. Bright brown-tawny color. In the nose it has notes of ripe fruit with attractive vanilla nuances. The taste shows a delicious freshess and a well-defined fruity character. Velvety, round and remarkably engaging. Pairs well with dried fruits, desserts with caramel, coffee, apricots, and dried fruits. Magnificent with carmelized nuts, tiramisu, hazelnut, meringe pie, and brie cheese.
